Mentorship should not feel like a random conversation. We use a consistent rhythm that helps founders ship, learn, and make better decisions. Each week starts with a clear objective tied to a metric. We review what happened, what you learned, and what changed in your understanding of the customer.
Then we choose the smallest next step that reduces uncertainty. That might be five targeted interviews, a pricing offer test, a landing page iteration, or a product change that improves activation. The goal is forward progress without burnout.
